Step 1: Application Submission
Once you fill the application form below, our team will receive your application form and review your details. We will get back to you within 2 working days with complete program information and next steps.
Step 2: Application Fee Payment
After you decide to join the program, we will share a secure payment link for the application fee. The fee ranges between USD 150–250, depending on the destination and project. You can also find exact details on the respective project page and application form summary.
Step 3: Confirmation & Pre-Arrival Support
Once your application fee is received, we will provide all essential documents and guidance, including:
- Visa reference letter
- Pre-arrival kit
- Arrival details and airport pickup guidance
- Program-specific information
Approximately 15 days before your arrival, you will receive the final invoice for accommodation and meals. After the payment is completed, we will assign your local representative for airport pickup, and all details will be shared with you via WhatsApp and email.
